The IANA Numbering Services Review Committee (IANA RC) is composed of representatives from each RIR region. The LACNIC region is represented by three honorary (non-remunerated) members, two elected directly by the community through voting and one appointed by the LACNIC Board of Directors from among the staff, who acts as a non-voting member. The members elected by the community each serve a two-year term, perform their duties in a voluntary (non-remunerated) capacity, and may be re-elected, provided they meet the established eligibility criteria.
Members of the IANA RC advise and assist the NRO EC in its periodic review of the service level of the IANA Numbering Services provided to the Internet Number Community and report any concerns regarding compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA). For more information, see the Review Committee Charter.
