The LACNIC Board recommends not mass messaging contacts obtained from the LACNIC database for campaigning purposes. Likewise, the LACNIC Board reminds everyone that LACNIC mailing lists are to be used for the discussion of specific topics and should not be used to campaign during elections.

| Publication of provisional results, subject to audit by the Electoral Commission and the voters | 17 March |
| Period for voters to audit their votes and submit their complaints | 20 to 23 March |
| Publication of official results (if no complaints were submitted) and a letter issued by the Electoral Commission certifying the results | 23 March |
| Deadline for the Electoral Commission to respond to voters' complaints | 24 to 26 March |
| Publication of official results (if complaints about the voting were submitted) and a letter issued by the Electoral Commission certifying the results | 27 March |
