2025 Elections: LACNIC Board of Directors

The Electoral Commission of LACNIC announces that Edmundo Cázarez López and Wardner Maia have been elected to occupy two positions in the LACNIC Board of Directors for the period of three years since January 1st, 2026 to December 31, 2028.

Interim Results
These interim results will be subject to audit by the Electoral Commission and potential complaints about the online voting process:

These interim results are published to avoid the disclosure of unofficial results through channels external to LACNIC before the voters have had the chance to audit their votes.
Under the provisions of the LACNIC Bylaws and the calendar defined for this election process, elections were held from 23 to 30 October, to select the candidate who will fill two seats on the LACNIC Board of Directors. Voting was conducted online.
The voting period is now closed and the elected candidates are:
