He has a solid background in technology and management and many years of experience in companies within the telecommunications sector. He is also a committed member of our community.
He has been part of CABASE, the Argentine Internet Chamber, for several years, where he is responsible for the IP Telephony and Portability Commission. He has also served on CABASE's Electoral Commission and is one of the current vice presidents of CABASE's Board of Directors. I believe his experience, knowledge, and professionalism make him an ideal candidate to join LACNIC's Electoral Commission.

. Question: What is the plan for continuing to drive the growth and proper use of IPv6 at the international level?
. Answer: Today, Brazil is undoubtedly the most important driver of IPv6 thanks to the fact that it has the largest number of regional providers (more than 4,000 companies of all sizes), as well as to its dissemination, education, and training initiatives, implemented mainly by NICBR and by private training companies. I believe the way to promote greater IPv6 adoption in other countries is the path followed by Brazil: dissemination, information, and training.
