Many companies that are part of the Internet industry are advancing policies aimed at promoting gender equality and diversity in the workplace. But why these policies important?
This webinar will focus on exploring how diversity enriches the workplace and fosters innovation, guiding participants on a journey that will seek to reveal the benefits of building plural workspaces.
This activity is organized by IT Women and open to the public in general. IT Women workshops seek to expose the barriers that limit the participation of women in the LACNIC community and offer tools to empower female leadership within the technical community.

The webinar will be led by Cintia González Oviedo, Founder and Director of Bridge The Gap Latam, Diversity and Inclusion Consultants.
Cintia is the founder and CEO of Bridge The Gap, a consulting firm for Diversity, Equality and Innovation. She holds a degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Marketing and Corporate Communications and is currently Content Director for Women Economic Forum Argentina 2020.
