- Reason for the nomination: I would like to nominate Mr. Horacio Tedesco because of the vast background and experience in the telecommunications market he would contribute, motivating and leveraging the considerable knowledge he has acquired during his extensive professional career.
His prior participations in the electoral commission and in past events support, enrich, and add even greater value to the regulation and proper implementation of the election processes, contributing new ideas that will add to the recently implemented proposals, defending and representing the interests of the community.

He has been part of CABASE, the Argentine Internet Chamber, for several years, where he is responsible for the IP Telephony Commission.
He has also served on CABASE's Electoral Commission and is one of the current vice presidents of CABASE's Board of Directors. I believe that his experience, knowledge, and professionalism make him an ideal candidate to join LACNIC's Electoral Commission.
