LACNIC is the organization charged with administrating Internet numbering resources for Latin America and the Caribbean.

We are committed to Internet growth and stability through an active policy of cooperation and promotion of the Regional Community's interests, articulating collaborative efforts so that the Internet will be an effective instrument for the development of our region, promoting technological advances and industry standards, as well as building capacity through training and informational activities.

Our work is based on the search for excellence in our services, the efficiency and growth of a sustainable organization.

We constantly strive to perfect an open, participative and transparent self-regulation model, encouraging all interested parties to participate in its processes, strengthening ties with all major Internet stakeholders within the region, and setting high standards in the exercise of the rights of our members.

Our organization is committed to the development of its collaborators both from a human as well as from a technical point of view; it promotes team work and values both individuality and diversity.

We offer a working environment where cooperation and respect make it possible to fulfill our objectives.

LACNIC promotes strategic alliances with its providers within a framework of sustainable, transparent and mutually beneficial relationships in order to meet the quality standards required by its products and services.

LACNIC's Board of Directors promotes the implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System that will ensure continuous improvement, achieving proposed objectives, and fulfilling the technical, legal and regulatory requirements in force.

Identification, commitment and participation of all who are part of LACNIC in this Quality Policy are essential for fulfilling our mission.
