The Latin American and Caribbean Internet Addresses Registry (LACNIC) maintains high levels of satisfaction among its members, with 96% of respondents stating they are satisfied or very satisfied.

Main Findings

  • Satisfaction and loyalty: The high levels of satisfaction indicate a strong relationship with LACNIC members, the majority of whom would speak positively about the organization even without being prompted.
  • Top products: MiLACNIC is the leading product with an 88% utilization rate, followed by resource assignment (76%) and online training (70%).
  • Communication channels: Email remains the most widely used means of communication (93% member satisfaction). The face-to-face option is also gaining traction as a complementary channel.
  • Key factors: The quality of service and the services offered, such as courses and update tools, are the main drivers of satisfaction.

Conclusions

LACNIC continues to demonstrate its commitment to quality and continuous improvement, maintaining high levels of satisfaction in all areas. Opportunities were identified to enhance the experience of members recently involved with the organization.
