"Great Place to Work 2021": LACNIC Is One of the Best Places to Work in Uruguay

For the tenth year in a row, LACNIC has been recognized as one of the best places to work in Uruguay in the category of up to 150 employees. This time, LACNIC took the fifth place in the ranking prepared by international consultants Great Place to Work® (GPTW).

The Best Places to Work™ Uruguay ranking highlights companies in the country that have managed to maximize their human potential through effective leadership, meaningful values, and a deep foundation of trust with all their collaborators. The ranking includes 45 organization, which are divided into two categories: less than 150 employees and more than 150 employees.

According to the survey conducted by GPTW®, 98% of LACNIC staff members reported that LACNIC is an excellent place to work. LACNIC collaborators stressed the organization's focus on people, which translates into their well-being, work flexibility, development, and benefits, as well as pride in their collective achievements.
