PhD in Social Sciences with a focus on Development Management by Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras (UNAH).

MS in Communication specializing in Information Sciences by Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) in association with the Brazilian Institute of Information, Science and Technology.

From 2007 to date: Executive Director of Technology Management at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras (UNAH)

From 2005 to 2011: Coordinator of the project for a Technological Platform by UNAH in association with Sida/Sarec, the Swedish International Cooperation Agency

From 2001 to date: ICT Instructor Training Contact at the Cisco Networking Academy. Project for the development of Internet Training Centers sponsored by the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) and Cisco Inc.

Founding member of the Internet Society (ISOC) Honduras Chapter.

Certified Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA). Various specializations and courses in the field of Information Technology Management.

To enable and encourage greater participation of Honduras and a higher-level academic institution in Internet development through LACNIC, at both national and regional level. To explore the possibility that national participation may have a greater impact on Internet development and its benefits for a developing region. To promote female participation in ICTs.
