"Great Place to Work 2022": LACNIC Is One of the Best Places to Work in Uruguay

For the eleventh year in a row, LACNIC has been named as one of the best places to work in Uruguay in the category from 51 to 300 employees (the ranking includes a total of 25 companies). This time, LACNIC placed 7 in the ranking prepared by international consultants Great Place to Work® (GPTW).

The 2023 Best Places to Work™ in Uruguay ranking highlights companies that have managed to maximize their human potential through effective leadership, active listening, meaningful values, ??and a deep foundation of trust with all their collaborators.

According to the survey conducted by GPTW®, 95% of LACNIC staff members reported that LACNIC is an excellent place to work. Collaborators stressed the excellent working environment and the organization's focus on people, their well-being, work flexibility, development, and benefits.
