LACNIC 35 will be held via Zoom from 10 to 14 May
One of the meeting's highlights will be the new format of the LACNIC Technical Forum, which will include presentations submitted by the community as well as presentations by new talents and special guests who will share with us their knowledge and experiences related to Internet development.
In addition, participants will be able to analyze the policy proposals currently under discussion on the Policy list during a new edition of the Public Policy Forum.
A new Technology Time session has also been scheduled, with a special focus on the work promoted by LACNIC experts, who will share the current status of LACNIC Tools, improvements to LACNIC's Internet Routing Registry and other projects.
Likewise, tutorials will be offered for those interested in learning about IPv6, DNSSEC, BGP and interconnection.
One of the high points of the event will be the presentation of the study on IPv6 deployment in Latin America and the Caribbean. This report focuses on operators and describes the reasons why forty organizations across the region have or have not implemented IPv6.
