Max Larson Henry

A Network engineer, ICT instructor, and entrepreneur, Max is the President of the Haitian Association for Information and Communication Technologies (AHTIC), Vice President of the Internet Society Haitian Chapter and member of the board of the national entrepreneur association - AEDIG. He is also a founding member of Transversal (a service company specializing in the development of mobile applications) and Latin American and Caribbean Internet eXchange Point Association (LAC-IX). Max co-led the LACNIC Public Policy Forum (from 2008 to 2014). Max has made key his contributions to the implementation the Haitian ccTLD .ht Max holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from the Faculty of Sciences of the State University of Haiti, a Master's Degree in Database and Systems Integration and several professional certifications.
