Waradner Maia

Waradner Maia is an Electrical Engineer specializing in Electronics and Electrotechnics, a degree he obtained from the Educational Foundation of Barretos, with graduate studies at the Federal University of Santa Catarina and a Masters degree from the Polytechnic School of the USP. He has various specializations in the area of telecommunications and, more specifically, since 1995 he has been working on telecommunications applications with a focus on Information Technologies.

Wardner Maia ABRINT is a founding member of the Brazilian Association of Internet and Telecommunications Service Providers (ABRINT), where he is currently serving as vice president. ABRINT brings together more than 400 companies and is the largest association of its type in Latin America. Its members are mainly small and medium-sized independent companies.

Wardner Maia is currently Technical Director at MD Brazil - IT and Telecom, where he is involved primarily in consulting, projects and training activities around Brazil. This has allowed him a broad knowledge of the various realities of the sector in different parts of the country. In addition to working in Brazil, MD Brazil had the opportunity to participate in studies conducted in collaboration with partners in Uruguay and Argentina.
