Escuela Superior de Infotronica de Haití, Ayitic Goes Global

Politologist, born in Haïti, childhood in Africa and in Europe, studied in Italy (Liberà Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali) and France (Science Po, Paris-Sorbonne and Aix-en-Provence), holder of a Masters in Political Science and a DEA Arab World.

Returned in Haiti in 1994, and has worked for Private sector associations initiating activities and partnerships for ADIH, AmCham, the ICT Association (AHTIC), encouraging institutional involvement in projects aimed at boosting capacity building and CSR. She contributed to revive the Fondation des Industries d’Haïti, establish Haïti Tec, a vocational and technical institute and to launch AGERCA, an alliance for disaster management and business continuity. Also worked in projects focusing on the inclusion of targeted groups (youth, students, women) and supported the ICT Task Force in developing a national strategic plan including e-governance.

Mrs Sam joined the Ecole Supérieure d’Infotronique d’Haïti eam after January 2010, as the International Cooperation and Partnerships Director of this leading HEI. She has lead several multidisciplinary teams in charge of developing the first Haitian online learning platform, funded by the French Embassy and AUF, of developing digital contents for Haitian schools and now contributes to Ayitic Goes Global

She is the proud mother of a young architect.
