Summary
This webinar will offer a chance to learn more about the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) and the Internet Research Task Force (IRTF) and explore their impact on Internet standards research and development.
We will begin with an introduction to LACNIC and its relationship with the IETF, stressing the importance of regional participation. We will then discuss IRTF initiatives including the Applied Networking Research Workshop (ANRW), as well as the opportunities available to researchers and academics. Additionally, we will share information about upcoming events and spaces for collaboration in the technical and research fields.
