Great Place to Work 2023: LACNIC Is One of the Best Places to Work in Uruguay

For the twelfth consecutive year, LACNIC has been honored as one of the best places to work in Uruguay in the category of companies with 51 to 300 employees (a total of 25 companies made the ranking). This time, LACNIC secured the fourth position in the ranking prepared by international consultants Great Place to Work® (GPTW).

The Best Places to Work™ ranking showcases top companies in the country that excel at creating high-trust workplaces that generate positive experiences for all their employees. These companies are valued by their employees for offering exceptional work environments that enhance overall well-being and satisfaction across the organization. 

According to the survey conducted by GPTW®, 98% of LACNIC staff members reported that LACNIC is an excellent place to work. Employees highlighted their pride in the organization’s Mission, positive work environment, interpersonal relationships, commitment to employee well-being, flexibility, and work-life balance.
