Online Participation
In-person sessions that take place in the Plenary room will be transmitted through the Zoom platform. Transcription* and simultaneous interpretation into Spanish, English, and Portuguese will be provided. To enable the simultaneous interpretation option, select the globe icon during each Zoom session and choose your preferred language.
To join the sessions via Zoom, you will need a Zoom account. If you haven’t done so yet, you can sign up here.
Sessions that take place in parallel rooms will be streamed (YouTube Live) in the original language used by each speaker. No chat feature or space to interact with the presenters and other participants will be available.
To check which sessions will be simultaneously interpreted and transcribed, go to the event program and click on each session for details.
Code of Conduct
The standards of behavior defined in the LACNIC Community Code of Conduct will apply to this online event just as they apply in the case of face-to-face events. The goal is to guarantee that the activity can be carried out in an environment that is inclusive, safe, and free of discrimination and/or violence of any kind.
