Julio Arruda

Julio Arruda has worked in the networking market since 1990s, and has been actively involved with security and ISPs threats for the last 10 years. He has participated in design and implementation of large scale NGN networks, and has witnessed some of the most significant security incidents in Latin America. Within Arbor Networks, he has been providing companies in the region with insights, and has worked more recently in a consulting role, helping shape best practices and collecting feedback from the largest providers, to help shape Arbor solutions.
