List of possible IPv4 transfers

LACNIC is now offering a selection of possible transfers to facilitate contact between organizations interested in transferring or receiving IPv4 resources under policy 2.3.2.18.
In this section you will find:

  1. A list of organizations willing to offer IPv4 blocks
  2. A list of organizations willing to receive IPv4 blocks
  3. A list of organizations willing to act as facilitators (*)

The Policy Manual only allows IPv4 transfers within the LACNIC service region.

Anyone wishing to join the list must pay an administrative fee of USD 200.00 and will be listed for a period of 12 months. Please note that this administrative fee will not be refunded even if the application is denied.

This information is only accessible to those organizations who request their inclusion either as an offering, a receiving or a facilitator organization.
(*) Facilitator participation is optional and subject to the sole discretion of the offering and receiving organizations. LACNIC does not audit, and shall not be liable for, any of the services offered by these organizations.
