IPv4 Transfer Listing Service

LACNIC maintains a listing of possible IPv4 transfers to facilitate contact between organizations interested in transferring or receiving IPv4 resources under policy 2.3.2.18.

This service includes: a list of organizations willing to offer IPv4 addresses, a list of organizations that want to receive IPv4 addresses, and a list of broker organizations. (*)

The Policy Manual allows IPv4 transfers both within and outside the LACNIC service region (intra- and inter-regional transfers).

LACNIC does not play any part in the commercial transactions between the parties involved

Anyone wishing to join the list must pay an administrative fee of USD 200.00 and will be listed for a period of one year. The administrative fee is non-refundable even if the application is denied.

This information is only accessible to organizations that request their inclusion either as an offering, a receiving or a broker organization.

APPLY AS AN OFFERING, A RECEIVING, OR A BROKER ORGANIZATION

(*) The participation of a broker organization is optional and subject to the sole discretion of the offering and receiving organizations. LACNIC does not audit the services offered by such organizations and will not be liable for any such services.
