2.2 ASN ADMINISTRATION
The system allows registering the routing policy adopted by an Autonomous System that has an ASN allocated by LACNIC. Nevertheless, this process is not mandatory.
To register the routing policy, the syntax of the RFC 1786 document must be followed.
Basically, the field as-in indicates the ASNs for which this Autonomous System accepts routing announcements.
The field as-out indicates the ASNs for which this Autonomous System announces their routings.
