This fourth edition of the meeting seeks to consolidate itself as a space for strengthening knowledge among the region's stakeholders and promoting the exchange of experiences that will improve the region's ability to prevent and mitigate the impact of computer security incidents.

The program will include presentations on relevant experiences and the work carried out in the region, in the hope that they will help generate knowledge and materials that can be used by participants in their local environments. Another important aspect of this meeting is that participants will work and debate in subgroups through which they will potentially be able to agree joint actions for the future.
