Registration for the First 2017 Edition of the Basic IPv6 Course
The LACNIC Training Center announces that registration for the first edition of its Basic IPv6 course scheduled for 2017 which will be offered through its online learning platform (http://campus.lacnic.net) will open on 23 February.
For this first of six editions of the Basic IPv6 course planned for this year, LACNIC Campus is offering 400 seats. The course is presented in virtual format and includes four modules that participants must complete according to their own pace and in their own time.
It provides extensive information on the latest Internet Protocol and addresses plans and strategies for the deployment of IPv6 networks. It is especially geared towards network administrators, software developers, network equipment vendors, students, teachers and IT professionals.
The Basic IPv6 course is self-paced and user friendly, and includes watching videos, reading texts and completing exercises before taking the final exam required to obtain the corresponding certificate. Participants can choose to watch the videos in Spanish or with English subtitles.
Aimed at those interested in becoming familiar with IPv6, the course involves a workload of at least 20 hours and is expected to end on 23 March.
