Paula Manci

Paula Manci Balbis is in charge of dealing with the LACNIC community. With her fresh and tinkling human quality, always smiling, she carries out her tasks of billing and collections management. She is a devout reader and daily shares what she is reading almost in the form of serialized installments. Because she is an inveterate jokester, we who work with Paula acknowledge her husband’s enormous, almost titanic, patience towards her. At the moment they are happily expecting, a fact that has not kept her from continuing her studies and being officially in charge of LACNIC’s “pranks department”, a full time position from which she takes no holidays!

 

She is a Business Administration Technician and almost completed the career of Human Resources Analyst. At her young thirty years of age, she loves walking along Montevideo’s seaside and chatting with everyone she comes across. Soon versions of her stories will be circulating in English and Portuguese, the languages she is currently studying.
