THE SECRETARY
ARTICLE 29:
The Secretary or whoever
replaces him according to the bylaws must:
- Be present at the Assemblies and Board meetings,
drawing up the corresponding acts, which will be written in the appropriate
register and jointly signed with the President;
- Sign all correspondence and LACNIC documents
together with the President;
- Send out Board meeting notifications according
to article 23;
- Keep the acts register and, together with the Treasurer, the Membership
register.
