LACNIC Annual Members Assembly

The Annual Members Assembly is the maximum authority within LACNIC's organizational structure and, according to LACNIC's bylaws, it must meet at least once a year. The assembly has unique attributions, including reforming the bylaws, modifying membership fees, approval of balance sheets and audit reports, electing members to the Electoral and Fiscal Commissions, etc.

Although this meeting is oriented exclusively towards LACNIC members, these sessions are held behind open doors; this means that anyone participating in LACNIC XI is welcome to attend the assembly. This is in line with the policy of transparency that LACNIC has established for all its activities and functions.

Ordinary Members Assembly

• Summons to LACNIC´s Ordinary Assembly
• Important: In case the organization's representative attending the assembly is not the "membership contact" showing in LACNIC´s database, he/she must bring a power of attorney authorizing him/her to attend and vote in the organization's name at the General Assembly. It must be printed out in headed note paper of the company and signed by the organization's responsible person. The model letter is available here:
