Assembly Resolutions (March 31, 2004)
Modification of LACNIC´s bylaws - Modification of LACNIC´s bylaws - It was approved by the Extraordinary General Assembly the modification of articles 7, 19, 20 and 24 of the social statutes of LACNIC.
The following documents were approved by the Ordinary General Assembly: Annual Report, General Balance Sheet, Inventory, Expense and Income Account, External Auditors' Report and Control Organ's Report.
Likewise, the new Membership Fee was approved according to the following proposal:
- Increase the membership fee of the end users active A members to four hundred dollars (400) a year
- Increase the membership fee of the active A members that administer IP address space greater than a /11 block to thirty thousand (30.000) dollars a year
