| Easy acces to IPv6 blocks

According to LACNIC´s Board of Directors resolution of May 8, 2003, the
organizations suitable for receiving IPv6 address blocks, will be waived
of payment for the first two years, meaning the initial payment and the
first renovation, until new resolution.
This regulation is taken up as a way to promote the adoption of IPv6 in
LACNIC´s coverage area as well as a response to several organizations
that requested so.
In this way, LACNIC´s Board of Directors intends to respond to the needs
of the regional Internet community. |
