The Foundation Escuela Latinoamericana de Redes, EsLaRed, coordinator institution, in conjunction with LACNIC, ISOC, ICA, UNESCO and other sponsor organizations of the Workshops about Technologies of Internet Nets for Latin America and the Caribbean (WALC), announce the opening of the contest to host the events corresponding to 2008 and 2009.
