NIC-MX - LACNIC Agreement

In September 2000, NIC-Mexico (National IP Address Registry for Mexico) and LACNIC signed and agreement whereby NIC-Mexico would be responsible for coordinating training and education programs relating to the objectives of LACNIC, for an initial period of two years, as a way of supporting the start-up of the organization.

This agreement, vitally important for the start-up of LACNIC, has been renewed twice and is currently still in force.
