IPv4 block received from IANA

In compliance to the global policy "Post exhaustion IPv4 allocation mechanisms by the IANA", according to the IANA allocation schedule, LACNIC has received the second IPv4 block the on 2nd September 2014- block 45.224/12.

According to the LACNIC policy, this block will be reserved for the last exhaustion period, item 11.1 of the policy manual. According to the policy,  only new members will be able to request IPv4 addresses, which will be assigned in blocks of between 256 (/24) and 1,024 (/22) addresses. Each new member will only be able to receive one assignment from this space.
