Vivian Valverde is a systems engineer and has a degree in information systems by the National University of Costa Rica. She works for the Costa Rican Institute of Electricity and Telecommunications, a government-owned company working in the field of electricity and telecommunication services. There, she manages all IPv4 and IPv6 resources and is part of the team responsible for the design of the Transport Network.
She has 21 years of experience, during which she has worked in network and infrastructure design and configuration. She is an active member of the community and participates in LACNIC meetings.
